Frequently Asked Questions About Video and Film Production
How can I book a project with To The Ones I Love?
Fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll schedule a consultation and talk about the process, our services, and our pricing. Our team will work with you to find the perfect date and time that fits your schedule.
I’m lousy on camera and afraid it’s not going to look good will you edit it?
Not to worry, we make everyone look like an A-List star. Our professional interviewers will make you feel like you’re talking to an old friend. Most people forget the cameras are even there. Once filmed our editing team goes to work, mixing in your media and crafting a story your loved ones will cherish.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Absolutely! We’re proud of the work we’ve done for our clients, and we’d be happy to share our portfolio with you. You can find examples of our past projects on our website, or we can arrange a time to discuss your specific needs and show you relevant samples.
What format will my video be distributed?
We offer several options to make it easy to share and to keep safe. You have the option to have your video stored on our YouTube Page, you can order a thumb drive, and even have it uploaded to a file of your choosing.
Will I have the questions you’ll be asking ahead of time?
Yes! Prior to your session you’ll receive our “Shoot Prep” package with ideas of things you want to talk about. Of course, this is your story and you’re the ultimate writer.
How many copies of the video do I get and do I have to pay for more?
Once the project is complete you have all rights to the footage. If you’d like us to deliver multiple thumb drives we are happy to do so for a small fee.
How long after the session until I get my video?
At the time of your consultation we’ll commit to a delivery date. Usually, your final product is ready two weeks after shooting. Need it quicker just ask. We may be able to offer expedited service for a small fee.
