I created "To The Ones I Love" because of my own personal failure.

Don't make the same mistake I did...

"I always meant to do it. I even scheduled the time—an afternoon with my grandfather, just the two of us, sharing a few beers, laughing, and capturing his incredible stories on video. His life was a treasure trove of wisdom, humor, and lessons I wanted to preserve forever. But life got in the way. One excuse after another delayed our plan. Then, out of nowhere, he caught what he thought was the flu. Within days, he was in the hospital. And just like that, he was gone.

Now, I’ve written down everything I can remember for his great-grandchildren—and soon, his great-great-grandchildren. But it’s not the same. They’ll never hear his voice, that surprisingly deep tone for a man his size, or see the way his eyes lit up when he shared a story. Those memories are fading, and I’d give anything to have them back."

Neil Spoonhower

"Neil’s journey with storytelling began in the ‘80s, when video cameras first became accessible to everyday families. Armed with multiple VCRs, tape recorders, and his kid brother in tow, he spent his childhood summers in the Pocono Mountains, capturing every laugh, adventure, and fleeting moment on film. Those grainy tapes became his most cherished possessions—windows into a time he can never get back. But it wasn’t until he losing his grandfather and then his beloved grandmother that Neil’s mission truly took shape. Her passing left a void, and he realized how priceless her stories were, now silenced forever. That’s when he founded To The Ones I Love.

Through production of over a hundred videos for family & friends, and a myriad of commercials and fundraising videos, Neil has honed his craft.and his true passion lies in preserving the stories that matter most. He’s dedicated his life to capturing the voices, emotions, and legacies of those you hold dear, ensuring they live on for generations. Let Neil help you immortalize your loved one’s story with a video package that turns their memories into a timeless treasure. Don’t wait until it’s too late—preserve their legacy today."

The video beautifully captured my father's legacy, bringing our family closer together through cherished memories.
